The Peak at Vinings Mountain is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home. There is a non-refundable fee of $300.00 for each cat or dog. There is no additional monthly pet rent. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
