Pets

The Lodge is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to 2 pets per home with no weight restrictions for cats and dogs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet. There is no additional monthly rent. Please note that we do not accept certain breeds of dogs, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
